Dynamics of Organizational Change in Education

Organizations have individual characteristics such as personal attitudes which do not seem to be important determinants of behavior among people in complex organizations. However, administrative positions and roles do seem to have an impact on the involvement of an individual in the dynamic change process. Further, structural characteristics of the organization, such as size and complexity, strongly affect the organization's behavior and willingness to change.
