How To Use:
1. Insert the silica gel tube into the outlet of the pneumatic passage
2. Insert the charging adapter into the socket.
3. When wearing a smart glove, your fingertips should get all the way to the end.
4. Attach the strap of the buckle to your wrist to make sure it clasp tightly.
5. Press the power button and start/ Off to start the quick startup mode. In the initial mode, the frequency is level 3 and the duration is 30 minutes.
6. Press the "Time" key. The time display on the monitor starts to blinks. Training time can be set between 15 and 60 minutes.
7. Press Frequency. The frequency display on the monitor blinks. Training frequency can be set between levels 1 and 8.
8. Press EXTENSION or FLEXION to switch to the manual mode.
