Using Method:
1. Open a bottle of essential oil, apply it to the massage area, and gently massage until it becomes slightly warm.
2. Put the mud in the microwave to heat it. (Remember to remove the lid and spoon. ) If it is not completely melted in about 3-4 minutes, please stir evenly, then heat for 30 seconds.
3. Mix the heated mud with a spoon, and test the temperature with the back of the hand. If the temperature is suitable, first put a plastic wrap on the body to be massaged, and apply the herbal mud, about 2 coins thick.
4. After spreading evenly, put on plastic wrap and wait for about 30-45 minutes.
5. After applying it, remove the herbal mud and put it back into the freshkeeping box for reuse.
