Interventions for Reading Success

This intervention guide is for classroom teachers and other school personnel who want to provide supplemental help in reading for students experiencing difficulty. The information and activities included are most appropriate for kindergarten through 3rd grade. Teachers of other grades with students reading below grade level may find this guide useful, as may special education teachers, reading specialists, speech language therapists, and other specialists. The authors recommend spending an additional 20-30 minutes per day on these interventions.
