Improved format includes an array of problems that explore the nooks and crannies of the rules of evidence, but most of these problems are now grouped at the end of chapters, or at a few natural break points in the longer chapters. A smaller group of comparatively simple problems are interspersed throughout the text where they illustrate and test the students' understanding of the rules that have just been discussed.
