The proprietors of the Ark Restaurant on Washington's Long Beach peninsula have graciously shared their secrets with the rest of us, and the result is very, very good. Jimella and Nancy had to close the Ark; it was literally rotting; the location was too good and too near the water, and the new location right on the main road through the towns of the peninsula not nearly so picturesque, but the food is every bit as good and they have a FRESH seafood counter here, and a gourmet food shop, too.
