Among the most frequently performed and recorded works in the entire repertoire, these compositions are provided in full scores with original instrumentation in this edition. A summary in English of the German-language editors' prefaces has been newly prepared. The scores are printed in large, clear format that is convenient for performance, use, study, and reference.
