Stars who studied with him or appeared in APT productions include Myrna Loy,Dustin Hoffman,Faye Dunaway,Frank Langella, Michael Douglas, Joel Grey, Morgan Freeman, Roscoe Lee Browne, Marian Seldes, Richard Gere, Bill Irwin,Olympia Dukakis andJohn Leguizamo, who contributed the foreword to the book. Wynn Place Show includes rare photographs of those stars by Life magazine staff photographer Martha Holmes, who began shooting the company from its inception at a church on far West 46th Street in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen.
