Hood Ornaments 1900-1959

Visit any car museum and watch visitors taking pictures. They always get a shot of the hood ornament. WHY? Perhaps its because cars no longer have them. Maybe, but I think theres more to it than that. The ornament is a small sculpture; it works in the same way an artists fine art works on the emotions.
