Indian Cooking - Popular Restaurant Dishes

This is my 2nd book, after my first book - INDIAN COOKING FROM MY MOM. This book is a result of my many travels all over United States, where I made a point to visit Indian restaurants, study their menu and make notes of popular Indian dishes at these restaurants. From New York to San Francisco, this book is a compilation of popular Indian dishes served at Indian restaurants. The recipes are mine and and in no way reflect the recipes used by restaurants for these popular creations. Recipes for many popular Dishes such as Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Naan, Samosa, and many more are featured in this book.
