The ebook version is available at mercerpublishing.com The Iowa Assessments* were released during the 2011-12 school year, replacing the Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS) and Iowa Test of Educational Development (ITED) exams which were last updated in 2001-2002. Along with the name change, came significant content changes to better align the exams with the Common Core and a set of grade-specific academic standards for language arts and mathematics. The test also better aligns with individual state standards and standards for the Iowa Core, which sets standards for language arts, math, science and social studies.
