Valve:
1. Check whether the spool valve is tightened.
2. Remove lock nut and O-ring.
3. Insert stem into valve hole on rim.
4. Place the O-ring on the stem.
5. Tighten lock nut to stem.
6. Tighten the lock nut until the rubber end of the valve is pulled tightly into the flange hole.
