Instruction:
1. The wheel of a car is a whole composed of tires and wheels. However, due to manufacturing reasons, the mass distribution of each part of this whole cannot be very uniform. When a car wheel rotates at a high speed, it will form a dynamic imbalance state, resulting in the phenomenons of vehicle wheel shaking and steering wheel vibration during driving. Dynamic balance refers to the asymmetric weight distribution generated by the force of the tire when it rotates, usually at a higher speed. In the tire factory, a balancing machine installed on the tires and wheels tests the wheels. The assembly is accelerated to 300 RPM or higher, and the force imbalance is measured with the tire rotation sensor.
2. For the hook type balance weight, the unreasonable fit clearance is also the cause of the loss during driving.
