2、Metal Product: This front and rear portal axle set is made of 6061 aluminum, CNC work hardened and anodized surface, steel helical gears.
3、Portal Axle Design: The design adopts 20 degree caster angle and 10 degree kingpin angle, the ground clearance is increased by 13mm, and the width is increased by 15mm, which increases the vehicle's ability to pass obstacles in time and driving stability.
4、Steering Structure and Servo Structure: Ackermann steering structure, the steering angle is greater than 45 degree. The appearance is highly simulated, the front and rear gantry are set with inclined shaft eggs, and the passability is good, and the servo structure on the shaft makes the steering force more stable.
5、Spiral Bevel Gear and Axle Gearbox: The gear adopts 8T, 30T spiral bevel gear, which has high transmission efficiency and low transmission noise. The axle gearbox adopts a slope design, which increases the height of the axle gearbox, which is more conducive to passing through obstacles, and installing stainless steel anti friction plates in the parts that are prone to scratches.
