Main function:
1. Main interface/Dial
In the APP menu, click "Theme Selection" to switch the main interface/watch face.
There are 4 styles of dial.
2. Pedometer/distance/calories
Check the number of walking steps, distance traveled and calories burned at any time of the day.
Can be synchronously updated to the APP to view sports data.
3. Body temperature interface
Switch to the temperature test interface to enter the real-time temperature detection, the test data can be updated to the APP type, and there is a test report.
Note When testing body temperature, the bottom electrode must full contact the skin (test after 10 minutes of wearing)
The temperature test will be affected by the temperature difference of the environment, and it just serves as a warning and reminder. Please refer to the iatrical professional equipment and doctor's diagnosis.
4. Heart rate interface
Switch to the heart rate test interface to enter real-time heart rate detection, measurement data can be updated to the APP synchronously, and there is a test report.
5. Blood pressure interface
Switch to the blood pressure test interface to enter real-time blood pressure detection, measurement data can be updated to the APP synchronously, and there is a test report.
Note: The test results are for reference just and cannot be used as iatrical data.
6. Electrocardiography interface
Press and hold the touching key on the electrocardiogram interface to enter, and then the other hand touches the front electrode of the bracelet. The three electrodes full touching the skin for testing. The test report needs to be viewed in the APP.
7. Blood oxygen interface
Switch to the blood oxygen test interface to enter real-time blood oxygen detection, the measurement data can be updated to the APP synchronously, and there is a test report.
8. Motion interface
Long press to enter sport mode detection. There are multiple sport modes to choose from. Long press the sport mode to enter, click to switch the mode, long press to start the calculation, long press to stop.
9. Sleep monitoring function
When falling asleep, the bracelet will automatically judge to enter the sleep detection mode, automatically detect the length of your deep sleep / light sleep / awake all night, calculate your sleep quality; sleep data can be updated to the APP synchronously.
Note: Sleep data is just available when wearing a bracelet to fall asleep.
10. Weather Information
The weather page will display the current weather, air quality information, and the status of tomorrow. The weather information needs to be connected to the client to obtain the data. If the connection is disconnected for a long time, the weather information will not be updated.
Note: Phone settings need to turn on positioning

Message interface
On the message interface, press and hold for three seconds to view the message, click to turn the page, and after viewing the message, press and hold for three seconds to exit.
More features page
On the more functions page, press and hold for three seconds to enter the lower menu page for more operations.
Turn the wrist and bright screen
In the APP menu, click "Turn wrist light screen" to turn on or off the function.
Brightness adjustment page:
On the brightness adjustment page, long press the touching key to adjust the screen brightness.
Restore page:
On the bracelet restore page, long press the touching key to restore the bracelet.
Shutdown page:
On the shutdown page, press and hold the bracelet for more than three seconds to vibrate and shut down.
Return to page:
On the return interface, long press the touching key to return to the previous menu.
Other function reminders:
The mention function needs to be set to turn on the reminder switch on the APP side, and keep the mobile phone and the bracelet connected to the Bluetooth successfully. The message is the vibration reminder.
