How to Use (for reference only):
1. Place the flint rod on ground upwardly and put the scraper vertically to the flint, then scrape some magnesium powder on some inflammable materials, like paper or branch.
2. Place the flint rod on ground at about 45° and 2.5 cm from the magnesium powder scraped, then scrape the flint fast to produce spark so as to light up the inflammable material.
 
Tips:
Place the flint rod on a low-lying land on the ground without being affected by the wind.
The combustibles that are damp (not wet) can also ignite.
Igniting plastic can be used as a smoke signal in a critical situation. (If necessary, use your car tires to burn, causing the attention of the air plane.)
