How To Use:
Current Output Adjustment:
Take 4~20mA As An Example:
Step 1: Connect and check according to the wiring diagram;
Step 2: The load-bearing device is at no load, use an ammeter to measure the current output, and adjust the potentiometer marked "ZERO", that is, the zero point potentiometer, so that the current output is 4. 000mA.
Step 3: Increase The Load-bearing Device To Full Load (or A Certain intermediate load point: N%F. S), adjust the potentiometer marked "SPAN", which is the gain potentiometer, so that the current output is 20.000mA (or 4+n% x 16).
Step 4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the result is correct.
Voltage Output Adjustment:
Take 0~10V As An Example:
Step 1: Connect and check according to the wiring diagram;
Step 2: The carrying device is at no load, measure the voltage output with a voltmeter, and adjust the potentiometer marked "ZERO", which is the zero point potentiometer, to make the voltage output 0.00V.
Step 3: Increase The Load-bearing Device To Full Load (or A Certain load point in the middle: N%FS), adjust the potentiometer marked "SPAN", that is, the gain potentiometer, so that the voltage output is 10. 000V (or 10 x n%V) .
Step 4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the result is correct.
