About Battery, Power Supply and Standby:
1. The camera is powered by battery. The battery life will be affected by the camera start time and start times. Please set the use environment correctly.
In places with heavy traffic, please set the PIR sensor to off or low;
In places with moderate traffic, please set PIR Sensor to medium;
In places with low traffic, please set the PIR sensor to high.
Or the PIR sensor can be automatically started or closed by setting the time.
2. When the battery is low, the camera will automatically shut down, so when the camera does not have any indicator light, please charge it in time. To prevent the battery from being unable to start due to excessive discharge.
3. When solar power is used to power the camera, the normal working voltage of the camera is 3.7V-4.5V. Please fully charge the solar cell before first use.
When the battery voltage is higher than 3.7V, the camera can work normally.
When the battery voltage is lower than 3.7V, all lights of the camera will go out. Please charge the solar power supply in time.
4. When the camera is used for the first time or powered on again, if the video screen prompts charging, it is because the camera has not read the battery power.
Wait a moment, restart, and the battery information will be OK.
About Network Environment:
1. Please use a 2.4G WiFi router to wirelessly connect to the camera. Currently, 5G routers are not supported.
2. Please do not use the WiFi signal connection of the modem configured by the telecom operator.
3. Please install the camera within 10 meters from the router (if not, it is recommended that you buy an extender to enhance WIFL)
4. When watching video remotely by mobile phone, please ensure that the mobile network is in good condition. If the mobile network status is bad or stuck, please restart the mobile phone or reopen the APP to watch.
5. When the camera is in the distribution mode for a long time, the blue light will always flash. To save power, the camera will automatically turn off after 5 minutes. If you need to turn it on again, please restart it.
6. When the camera is connected to the router successfully, the blue indicator light will stay on after the camera is started, and the mobile APP can receive the push message but cannot watch the real-time video. Please restart the APP or install the camera in the nearby router.
7. Please tighten the WIFI antenna, otherwise the network distribution may be blocked or the video may not be smooth.
About PIR Sensor:
1. Please do not install the camera near the air conditioner, microwave oven, strong air flow and strong electromagnetic field, to prevent false triggering caused by air flow and magnetic field. If installed in these environments, turn off the PIR sensor for best results.
2. The camera uses a dual algorithm to detect human body sensing and image changes to determine whether there is anyone in the monitoring area, so when installing the camera, please avoid objects with periodic changes in the image, such as leaves, the wind blowing the national flag, and other moving objects.
3. When installing and fixing the camera, please fix it firmly. Please avoid false alarm caused by wind.
4. When installing the camera, do not aim the lens directly at the sun. The sun contains a lot of infrared rays, which will reduce the recognition rate of human body induction.
5. When the ambient temperature is 36.5-37℃, the sensitivity of PIR sensor will drop slightly, and its distance will also drop slightly, which is normal.
6. The camera has filter effect on pets under 30kg. For example, the camera will not be triggered when the cat or dog in the home passes the camera monitoring area.
7. Please refer to the installation angle and height in the manual to adjust the PIR sensor to achieve the best effect.
