Common Problem:
1. How to deal with no effect after installation
A. First confirm that there is a mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna end, and get (-50dm or more, whether the signal indicator scale is full
B. Make sure that the amplifier, antenna and other related accessories are selected correctly
c. Confirm that all lines, distributors, antennas, and amplifiers are connected correctly
2. After installation, the signal is improved, but no calls can be made
A. Confirm that the outdoor antenna is aligned with the base station
B. Confirm that the communication distance between the outdoor antenna and the base station is within 5 kilometers.
C. Confirm that the line between the outdoor antenna and the amplifier is not more than 40 meters, not more than 20 meters is more appropriate, and not less than 10
3. The call quality is not good
A. Change the installation position and direction of the outdoor antenna.
B. Change the direction of the signal transmission line from the outdoor antenna to the amplifier (take the straightest and nearest line, don't turn too much, don't turn at a right angle of 90 degrees).
C. Confirm whether the line from the outdoor antenna to the amplifier uses 50/70 ohm coaxial cable above 50
D. Confirm whether the distance between the outdoor antenna and the indoor antenna is too close (too close will cause self excitation), try to be more than 20 meters away, it is best to have wall, floors and other objects away from each other to prevent the signal emitted by the indoor amplifier from being affected by the indoor antenna Receive forming loop amplification (self excitation)
4. Sometimes there is no signal
