How to Use:
1. Press and hold the power button to turn on the machine, the buzzer will beep for a long time, and the green light will be on at the same time. In the power on state, long press the switch to power off, the buzzer will make a long beep, and the green light will go out at the same time.
2. Short press the "m" key, there are 5 modes in total. The buzzer sounds once to indicate mode 1 (kneading mode); the buzzer sounds twice to indicate mode 2 (warm up mode); the buzzer sounds 3 times to indicate mode 3 (massage mode); the buzzer sounds 4 times to indicate mode 4 (Sports Mode) ;The buzzer sounds 5 times to indicate Mode 5 (Auto Mode)
3. Short press the "+" button or "-" button to adjust the strength, there are 15 levels of strength. Each short press of the "+" button can increase the strength by one level, the buzzer will sound once, and the buzzer will not sound when the strength increases to the maximum level. Each short press of the "-" button can reduce the strength by one gear, and the buzzer will not sound. When the strength is reduced to the lowest gear, the buzzer will not sound.
4. Short press the heating button, the buzzer makes a short beep to turn on the first grade heating; short press again, the buzzer makes two short beeps, and the second grade heating is turned on; short press again, the buzzer makes a long beep and the heating function is turned off ;The default heating function is the first gear when starting up.
