Well, I have seen both sides. Ive done time in private schools and public schools, before winding up in an elite prep school in Virginia. And let me tell you, the difference is night and day.
Revealing School was originally going to be a friendly book, examining the differences between public schools and prep schools. The purpose was to show how we could fix our broken public schools.
But then I ran into a major problem. The deeper I dug, the more I researched, the more certain I became that public schools arent actually broken. They are doing exactly what they were designed to do condition your kids for industrial work, while the elites are in prep schools learning how to rule the world!
And so Revealing School became a very different book, a darker book, than I originally intended.
